It was the year 2006. That year I was recommended to have a baseline mammogram due to family history of cancer. After a second visit for an ultrasound, I was informed that I had what is known as a ‘complex cyst’ and told to return every six months to see if it changed shape or size. If it did, it could be cancerous. At that point, I had so many questions from ‘what is it’, ‘how did I get it’, and ‘what can I do to get rid of it’. Was cancer in my future if I didn’t take charge of my health now? They could not answer any of the questions that were consuming me. I had no idea what to do and it seemed that those we were told had the answers didn't either.  I was clueless but determined and motivated to figure it out. 

 

I remember seeing my mother battle breast cancer first-hand when I was 14 and having had an aunt to die of cancer years before. That was not anything that I wanted for myself.

 

That was a defining moment for me. I refused to accept that I would have to live with the cyst and refused to repeat any family history of disease, whether cancer, high blood pressure or diabetes. Therefore, I went in search of how to truly be healthy.  

 

This journey led me through a maze of information, some that got me further and other misinformation that was designed to be a roadblock and keep me on the path of sickness. Eventually, it all became clear and transformed my health for the better.

 

About a year and a half later, they were able to tell me that the cyst was gone.  And it was all done naturally following the alternative methods including detoxification, food changes, herbs and more.

 

I had no clue my body was building up waste with each passing year.

 

In 2010, I started sharing this message with others. I became passionate about seeing others embrace natural health methods, detoxification and changing their mindset around disease.

 

I later received training as a Live Blood Morphologist, which allowed me to help people through visual images of their own blood as a way to prevent and even restore health to their bodies through revealing early warning signs of nutritional deficiencies toxic waste buildup and abnormalities allowing them to get to the root cause of many issues.

 

In 2014, I became a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP) completing courses in nutrition, western herbology and more.Now, I share this lifestyle and help people reprogram their old thinking about health as a natural health coach, speaker and live blood expert. I have spoken to churches and various organizations on these topics, helping others through health strategy/coaching sessions with chronic pain, high blood pressure, acid reflux, constipation, breathing issues and so much more to become free from medication, sickness and disease.
